The Click & Clash course is run by Sarah Perrot and Bob Read, both of whom have expertise in individual growth and development and are fellows of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). They are qualified practioners of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Both Sarah and Bob have found the MBTI personality material very useful in the context of their respective family relationships, and draw from their rich experience and knowledge.

Cindy is the Project Administrator and helps to ensure the smooth running of all activities. She is the main point of contact for enquiries.

Insights for Life is the organisation that runs the Click & Clash course. Insights' vision is to help couples recognise and realise their full potential. Other Insights projects help to address the crisis of family breakdown by strengthening the relationships of couples and parents. By taking a proactive and preventative approach, it helps to equip them for the challenges and major transitions of life.
